| Tax bills have been sent out.
Please review them carefully and notify me immediately if there is an error
and, especially if you did not receive one. My number is 433-5455 and email

Please note:
1. The tax bills are sent to the property owner of record on April
1, 2008. Please forward it to the new owner if the property was sold or send
it back to me and I will do it.
2. It is your responsibility to be sure a copy has been received
by your lending institution if your taxes are in escrow.
3. The due date is November 15, 2008. Taxes are due and payable in
my office by 4:30 pm and postmarks are not accepted. Do not wait until the
last minute as the post office is not always reliable. Remember, if your
taxes go delinquent, there is an 8% penalty and 1% interest added.
4. Keep a copy of your bill for your tax preparer and for filing
for the Home Owner's rebate.
5. Please notify me if the name, address, or anything else is
wrong on the bill.
6. Please come in a get on a payment plan if you are unable
to pay the entire amount by the due date. I am very willing to work with
you on an amount that is comfortable for you. |
