4. Review all Act 250 requests and updated status on others:

• See attached letter sent on application: Gregg and Samantha Levenberg (Punchar)
• Review Billtown Mooshiners amendment (Action Required)

5. Topic area of responsibility updates: Web page, Housing, Outdoor Recreational Committee/Scenic Byway (ORC/SB)

THIS WEEK’S AGENDA ITEMS:

1. Welcome Al Day as new member/mini orientation
2. Review Scenic Evaluations for the proposed Scenic Byway Application and discuss next steps
3. Review draft 2007-2008 budget for submission to the Town
4. Discuss Trails and Parks Mini grant ideas due in January
5. Update on Safe Routes to School Grant – Doreen attended a workshop on the infrastructure (sidewalks, signage, and crosswalks)
6. Update on Rachael’s Garden: offer from a garden club to help design and possible maintenance – choose a date for guest to visit our meeting
7. Discuss calendar. Question: Should we consider changing our meetings to once a month versus the current twice a month? (Action Required)
8. Ideas for coordination with Selectboard and other committees
