Williamstown Planning Commission Minutes

Call to Order: 7:00pm

Attendance: Paige Emory, Horace Duke 

Opened Mail 

We had expected to see new Town Manager Jackie Higgins and Larry Hebert at the last Planning Commission meeting and did not. Horace and I thought they might attend this meeting... and they did not attend. 

We wanted to know the following: 

• Do we have title to the park on rte 64 & 14? 

• We need others appointed to the board. We would like a copy of the length of our terms and would like to know if we are to be reappointed. 

• What do you want us to do now? 

• Where did the flag pole/flag and additional bench come from?

I will email this list again to Jackie and cc it to Larry
